이헌철 (68) 사장은 80년대 미국에 이민, 지구상사에서 5년 근무한 적이 있고, 자메이카, 브롱스 지역에서 뷰티서플라이소매점을 20여년 운영했었다. 8년 전부터 소매업은 접고, 자신의 브랜드(Gro Natural) 제품을 제조 & 판매해왔다. 현재 제조하는 주제품은 hair grow gel과 batana oil 등이다. 미국에서 제조하며, 가격 대비 우수한 제품의 질로 알려져 있다.
이 사장은 할빈에서 태어났고, 상해체육대를 졸업하고 중국 레슬링 국가대표 선수를 지냈다. 부친이 국가대표 복싱 선수와 코치로 활동한 바 있는 스포츠 집안이다. 1989년 처음으로 미주조선족협회를 창립, 초대회장을 역임했다.
